Delightful vintage watch chain featuring three small, decorative gold ball accents. There is a bar and dog clasp with maker's mark visible.
Works perfectly as an adjustable bracelet due to size, length and ability to use large ball on the end of the chain as a stopper for the dog clasp.
Era: Approx early 20th century
Markings: There is no purity markings and only an unknown maker's mark. See images for details.
Stone: No stones but three small, decorative gold balls interspersed along the chain.
Largest ball is approx 12mm x 11.5mm. Smaller balls are approx 8.2 x 8.4mm.
Center pearl is approx 4.8mm. Side pearls measure between 4.4 and 4.5mm each.
Metal: Gold-filled - No markings for gold and some patina evident.
Size: Approx 8.5 inches in total length including the ball at the end (12mm). Would fit smaller due to the ball, which acts as the perfect stopper for an adjustable bracelet.
Condition: Piece is in good vintage condition. There is some patina evident but very little wear to the gold. Some details on the balls are worn.
This piece is vintage so it has been previously loved. As such, it will show the normal signs of wear in the form of scuffs to the band or surface of stones, lines from previous sizings or wearing of details. Any obvious issues will be expressly detailed but none of our jewelry will be in perfect showroom condition due to it being vintage of antique.
