Shipping policy

 

Shipping costs for US & Canadian clients are included in the pricing shown ($0 extra). International orders will have a subsidized shipping cost listed at checkout (typically $20-$40). We reserve the right to ship from either Canada or the US, depending on location of customer and timing. International shipping costs are based on Canada Post rates minus the amount we subsidize for most packages - there are no handling or packaging costs added to orders. 

Orders will be dispatched via Canada Post within 3-5 business days from payment clearing. If you require expedited shipping, please reach out to us prior to purchase to arrange.

 

Canada Post is costly for shipping internationally, which is why we subsidize these costs for our customers. 

 

We reserve the right to ship items at the most reasonable costs with insurance and tracking. Upgraded shipping services can be made available by contacting us prior to checkout.

International Orders

We are not responsible for any taxes or duties payable for the importation of your merchandise to your country of residence. Every country has different rules, regulations, taxes and duties and we are not knowledgeable about these differences. If you are unsure of the costs associated with importing the item you are purchasing, please contact your local postal office or customs agent to inquire. Returns due to import costs or items refused for delivery due to additional fees are subject to restocking fees and initial shipping costs upon receipt by us.
