Unisex in style, this lovely vintage bloodstone signet style ring is assumed to be from the 1920s based on the hallmarks in the band (hallmarks are very worn, but appear to be the letter Z for birmingham in the style of the 1924 marking and style correlates with this time period).
The band is 9k gold, hallmarked, and has a comfortable round band style with wide shoulders at the face of the ring and a flat, round bloodstone face. There is a chip to the gold on the edge of the stone (north or south depending how the ring is worn). The stone is secure despite this.
Band is currently a size 6. Total weight is 2.53g. Face of ring measures approx 9.6mm north to south. Bloodstone measures approx 8.8 x 6.5mm.
