Adorable and collectible, this little ring box is perfect for an antique jewelry collector to store or display antique rings. It has a light blue/grey velour/velvet style exterior with cream velour interior ring slot. The inside top displays the logo on and info for T. Ross & Sons Manufacturing goldsmiths, Glasgow.
There is a lot of history and charm to this piece, however, it does have a number of issues. The push button closure works well with a metal exterior button that releases the inside clasp to open the piece. The outside of the box is dingy with dark marks and a threadbare bottom. The inside ring slot is also a big stained and the structure of the ring slot is misshapen slightly. It holds a ring securely but removing the ring again is a bit tougher, as it grabs it well.
