Beautiful, lustery white pearls are the centrepiece of this stunning ring. Set in 8k (333) yellow gold, this vintage stunner has good finger presence and a lovely trio of pearls. Each pearl is set in crown-style prongs.
Era: Approx 20th mid-century
Markings: There is a marking for 333 (8k) gold. It has also been x-ray tested for approx 8-9k. Typically, 333 is often from Germany although there are no indicators to confirm origin on this piece.
Stone: 3 lustery, white pearls, assumed cultured due to their color and shape as well as how well they are matched.
Center pearl is approx 4.8mm. Side pearls measure between 4.4 and 4.5mm each.
Metal: 8k Yellow Gold
Size: Approx size 6.25 (ring falls between 6.25 and 6.5 on the mandrel but is very slightly out of round so may fit up to 6.5 comfortably). Total weight is 1.37g.
Ring is in good vintage condition. Prongs are intact and stones are secure. The reverse of the pearls appears to have gold on side pearls and glue on center pearl. Center may have been a replacement, but it is very well matched.
This ring is vintage so it has been previously loved. As such, it will show the normal signs of wear in the form of scuffs to the band or surface of stones, lines from previous sizings or wearing of details. Any obvious issues will be expressly detailed but none of our jewelry will be in perfect showroom condition due to it being vintage of antique.
