Antique 10k Locket with Hair Compartment & Inscription

Stunning repousse style wreath set in yellow gold with an inner glass compartment currently holding hair. On the reverse of the locket there is an inscription for Friedel Carlie.

Inside front of locket appears to have a hallmark of a butterfly but this has not been identified.

No hallmarks but purchased as 14k and tests for at least 10k. There is a slight discoloration on the front in the middle of the wreath pattern.

Total weight is 8.66g. Locket measures approx 1.45 inches tall including bail and slightly over an inch wide. Glass is only on one side covering a lock of hair. There is no clasp holding the locket closed but the hinge is tight enough to keep it closed.
